State Auditor-Elect Troy Kelley

Dear Friends,

Thank you for all you did during our campaign for State Auditor.  You made our victory possible, and I am humbled by your support.

Our ability to focus state government on our top priorities like education depends on our ability to manage budgets responsibly.  I believe the best way I can help make this happen is by using my background in auditing and business to ensure our tax dollars are used as efficiently as possible.

If there is one thing that this past election has taught us, is that voters are tired of partisan games and political posturing.  We must all work together – Democrats, independents and Republicans – to find common ground in these tough economic times to find solutions to our state’s problems.  I ran for State Auditor because as a husband and father, small business owner and member of the Washington National Guard, I believe it’s time to impose a disciplined approach in Olympia.  I want to ensure my boys live in a Washington with a strong economy, safe and healthy communities, and excellent public schools.  It’s time to get results.
